Keelworks keeps as little about you as it can. This page explains what, why, and how to remove it.
Without logging in
Your Setup choices (system, structure, rigs, skills) and recently fetched prices are stored only in your own browser. Nothing is sent to Keelworks' servers.
When you log in with EVE Online
- Stored: your character ID and name, the EVE permissions you granted, an encrypted refresh token that lets Keelworks read the data you allowed, and a login session.
- Read from EVE when you use the planner: skills, blueprints and standings, used to fill in your calculations. They are not kept on our servers beyond what's needed to answer the request.
- Never: your password (EVE's login page handles that), your email, or anything you didn't grant.
When paid plans launch, Keelworks will also record ISK payments sent to its payment character (sender, amount, date) to activate your plan.
Why
Only to run the planner and your subscription. Nothing is sold or shared, and there are no advertising trackers.
Deleting your data
Use Account → Delete my data in the planner. It removes your account, every linked character and its EVE access immediately. You can also revoke Keelworks' access from EVE's third-party applications page at any time.
Where it's stored
On Cloudflare's platform. Refresh tokens are encrypted.
